Well courtest of the idiots with Bank 1/Chase and there stupid, assinine actions, the wife and I are seriously having to look at a Bankruptcy filing to resolve some debt issues, that courtesy of Bank 1 have spiraled beyond belief. Anyone know any good Bankruptcy attornies in the metro area, reasonably priced but not sharks????

We have several accounts with them and every other month this past year they charge us $50 in service fees, even though we keep enough money in our accounts. They always promise "we fixed the problem, won't happen again" - what BS.

As soon as I find some free time, I'm switching to another bank. Any suggestions?
