Still think the best sports I have ever seen was when HDNet covered the AVs games GreekDeno 01-02-2005, 08:12 PM DUBITUP 01-03-2005, 11:37 AM Reggie 01-03-2005, 11:57 AM in Fort Collins DUBITUP 01-03-2005, 01:24 PM Think I'm going to pull the trigger once we move Reggie 01-03-2005, 02:10 PM plug1 01-03-2005, 02:43 PM ...I've had probs with mine and so has a friend. Others with the RCA model (IIRC) haven't had issues at all. DUBITUP 01-03-2005, 03:16 PM Reggie 01-03-2005, 08:25 PM Actually I have Hughs SD Directv TiVo and have not had any problems with it for four years. plug1 01-03-2005, 09:27 PM Seems like half the people I talk to with the Hughes unit have probs, the other half doesn't. If hughes is the only company making the HD DirecTiVos i'll gladly wait it out. My current unit has issues with not holding the spot where I pause a show thats in progress. ie; I'll have a Broncos game recording and be about an hour behind, pause it, hit list, then go back to the game and its jumps me to real time. Ruined some games for me as its hard to avoid looking at the score when that happens. Problem 2 is the screen will change into some very odd/off colors, sometimes if i hit replay a couple of times it will go away. If that doesn't work the only fix is a hard reboot. blah.
