I attended the BMWCCA driver's school in Pueblo on Saturday. If anyone has the opportunity to drive this track do it! It was a great change from 2nd Creek: longer, faster, more elevation changes. Main problem is that it's out in the middle of nowhere and the thorns are wicked.
The track has one long straight (115mph in my MINI) and lots of 3rd gear sweepers, and a couple of slower corners.
Audi content: one of my instructors, Steve Lee, had a very nice urS4 with MTM badging.
I managed to mostly burn through a new set of Kumho V700 Ecsta's on my front wheels. My best time: 1:55:xx - it was great fun passing the M3's.
Anyone planning a trek to 2nd Creek some afternoon?

I love Pueblo. The extra length is nice. I really like the elevation changes. And the first turn is WILD! I get up to about 125ish in the 944 on the front straight, and hold 70-75 through turn 1. Weeeee!

They rent the track out on weekends, just like Second Creek. We should plan a day and get a group to go down there. It would be a blast.

it's a bit further from Ft Collins but I could be persuaded.

I never looked at my Speedo in Turn 1, but I was in third gear so my guess is I was around that same speed somewhere. I started the day doing a single, late apex, by the end of the day i was double apexing the turn and going a lot faster.

Only complaint is that they could stand to repave.
