What are the fastest laps people are achieving with S4's (B5 platform) at second creek raceway in either the clockwise or counter-clockwise direction? What modifications were on the car at the time?

4 people in the car, stock, on a 102deg day (clockwise), HR streets, RE730's

I think I could turn 124 flat with no passangers, colder day, better tires, still stock power/brakes

I think the new rule should be
Everytime CSU wins, you donate 100$ to my mod fund, everytime CU loses, you donate 100$ to my mod fund. Lets see if I can buy new rims by the end of the season :)

(you owe me $100.00) and everytime csu doesn't cover the spread ( I mean come on, with the teams csu plays, they should be able to cover the spread, since they no longer play anyone all the rest of the year), as they were supposed to run the table. I'll probably have DP's by the end of the year.

2002 VW GTI 1.8T(150HP): 1:21.7 (with K&N filter, Neuspeed Upper Front Tie Bar and Adjustable Rear Swaybar, Brembo cross-drilled rotors w/ Ferodo DS2000 pads, and 225/50/16 Victoracers)

1997 Dodge Neon ACR: 1:23.4 (prepared to SCCA SSC specs)

1984 Porsche 944: 1:20.8 (prepared to SCCA ITS specs)

Formula Special: 1:17.5 (basically a SCCA formula car with no wings and a CBR900 engine)

2003 Ford Focus SVT: TBD I'll let you know after Monday, MuHahahahahah! :)

That's what I've done so far. Hope that helps.

What was it like to drive? vs the others

And were you able to save the warped head?

Well, the thing to remeber is that each of the cars that I've driven is a street car. It can only be so stiff and so responsive. The Formula Special is basically a 4-wheel motorcycle. It revs to 12K RPM and makes 140 HP, yet it only weighs 900lbs with driver. The one I drove had a special "paddle shift" lever behind the steering wheel to shift with. When you got used to it you go upshift without a clutch. The car just handled like nothing I've ever driven. I was doing 1:17s by the third session and fast times are 1:13-14.

As for the 944 Head. Not sure yet. We've talked to some people regarding the symptoms, and it sounds like we might have a small crack in the head which is super-heating the coolant. However, the aren't anymore races that I would use the car, so there isn't any rush. It's $1600 labor to pull the head off and on. It's $1600 labor to install a new engine. So, we are going to wait until my dad get's back from Europe (end of Sept) and then decide what to do.
