Checked the archives, but can't find a definitive answer on this...For my 96 A4 2.8QM, with Bose, is there an adapter available (from Blitzsafe?)that will let me use an aftermarket (Panasonic, etc.)CD changer, or am I stuck with having to buy the Audi changer? Any help would be appreciated, e-mail direct to save bandwidth....Thanks!
Steve C.
96 2.8QM

Don't check the archives, check the FAQ. There is no (known) adapter for the Delta head unit/Alpine CD changer. You have to use the factory unit. [There ARE adapters for the
later Concert/Panasonic units though.]

I apologise. That info isn't in the FAQ (I just checked). I sent it in to Jason along with the info on the Panasonic adapter, but it seems he took that 'nugget' about the Delta/Alpine adapters out!
George,
I've got the 96 A4 with the Delta/Alpine radio. And from what I'm fining out, the only CD changer that work is the Audi factory changer and install kit. What are you suggesting to sell?
Let me know, I'm definitely interested
e-mail me at cmturco@mailexcite.com

This was posted a few weeks ago. Speak to Dave Peterson at Sport Wheels(970 945 2708). He is selling the units for 350 dollars!! I got my last week after seeing this posting and it works fine.
