my 2003 A4 3 months old.... hit by a jeep. minor damage. i think the jeep had more damage done to it.

What my next step, going to need a bumper and lower section. what do i need to do. to have the guy who hit me, have insurance pay for the fix. also who in/around ft collins does good work?

My 3 month old 2002 A4 Avant was totalled last month. Another driver lost control on the opposite side of the highway and basically ended up spinning into my windshield, then crushing the driver's side of the car, and pushing me into a concrete barrier, thereby crushing the passenger's side as well. The good news is that I walked away from the accident. The bad news is that I had waited over 5 months for my special ordered car, and she was a total loss.

If the other guy was at fault, the insurance settlement should go pretty smoothly for you. His insurance should pay for your repairs. Contact your insurance company right away if you haven't already. They should help you thru the process. Hopefully, a police report was filed. A citation against the guy who hit you will work wonders when dealing with the insurance companies!
