I plan on entering the Audi "Record the Rush Challenge" and have some scenes planned that involve an RS4, and the one I was planning on using was sold!
Don't worry, it's nothing even moderately potentially damaging... just some in-motion shots on picturesque backroads, some audio recording, and some close-ups of the shifter, gauges, pedals, badges, etc.
As the budget for this production is *zero*, I'll happily put together an HD deliverable of your car for you to share with the world :)
It'd only require a few hours of your time over one of the remaining weekends this month, and you'd be with your car the entire time.
Here's the camera I'll be using:

Please contact me at tbucklin@gmail.com if you think you may be interested in helping!
so I think they have it ironed out now :)<ul><li><a href="http://www.foxsearchlight.com/slumdogmillionaire/">movie website</a></li></ul>

We bought 6 packages. I got my deposit back for my Red too...not going to do that one. Maybe wait on the Scarlet or some of the upcoming Nikon/Canon still/vid capable 2k cameras on the horizon.

Like many HD cameras, including my F900R, this camera looks like it has issues with highlights. And by issue I mean all detail seems to go poof. This seems counter intuitive to me. I've not done enough research on the possible reasons why, and I need to. There seems to be almost 0 latitude when it comes to the highlights. Any thoughts?
I remember the RED guys saying you had to be very careful to "protect" the highlights. Maybe it's indicative of HD??

RAW is always flat before the look/LUT is applied

Good deal on getting your money back from RED :)
Jim doesn't get that more resolution != better camera, and that by announcing all these other RED cameras, he's obsoleting the RED ONE and alienating many of his existing customers/fanbois/supporters.

WYSISYG as far as I know. The editors might tweek a bit, but as far as time for full color correction, that just can't happen. Not sure how the 900R records...RAW or something else. I really need to read up on it. They just handed them to us and said GO. We are trying to set up a meeting with some guy from NBC NY to help us go over the 90+ menus.
The adjustment is getting used to shooting mostly portraits with a landscape format. 16:9 is gorgeous for somethings, but red carpet interviews where you need to crop out the significant other of a star is not it's forte.

After much consideration and discussion. I decided that there were just too many out there for my one little camera to make any money as a rental. I think the camera makes nice pics, but it was and is more of a high end film replacement and I'm not capable of sustaining a business model for it and keep my current job and family commitments.
I took a risk, and true to their word, RED held up their promise. That impressed me. I think I'll buy a D90 with the money...I don't have a DSLR and miss shooting stills.

I'm not sure if it gets HDCAM-SR or not, which has much better chroma subsampling and full 1920x1080.
WRT RAW, the other option is to create your "look" before you even start shooting, upload it to the camera/recorder, and that way it's attached (non-destructive) to everything you shoot. There was a Dresden Dolls music video that was shot that way... all the color done in pre-production. Heh.
look (created with simple color correction tools in PPro):

Note that it's not a perfect color correction as the background is still a little flat and washed out, but it's one of the looks I'm going for as the RS4 sequence is somewhat of a "dream" or "fantasy" sequence and I wanted the black to pop out.
