I've gone there for years, but haven't been there in the last year. I'd always used Steve, but understand he is gone now. I'm headed in for 15K service and a few other issues (Replace Brake Pads message showed up this weekend....that seems really fast).

Even got me an A8 as a loaner. On the other hand, he gave me the bad news this morning that I need new front rotors and pads, an $850 job, at 14K miles! I'm not a happy camper at that news...though certainly not George's "fault".
