I posted about a month ago that my car was pulling to the right after I put on my 17" Avantgarde Design S wheels. All of you told me to check my pressures and to get an alignment. I checked the pressure immediately and they were all the same(38 p.s.i.). And today, I finally went to get an alignment done, which was free by the way, and it is still pulling to the right. Could there be something wrong with the wheels or what, I am clueless now? Should I call the place where I got the wheels and tires or should I call CEC? I am definitely open to suggestions since I have no more alleys to pursue.
Jake

Is there anyway that I could tell by myself without going to the dealer. The car was fine with the OEM wheels and tires so I don't know if this is the problem.
Jake

Some ideas:
1) if it is the brakes dragging, the right side wheels should be noticeably hotter than the left. Drive around for a couple of minutes, use the brakes as little as possible, ease to a stop in a parking lot, then hold your hand against the center of the wheel (assuming there are no plastic hub caps; if so, take them off).
2) Can you put the old tires/wheels back on, see if you still have the problem?
3) try swapping tires/wheels, from left to right. if pull switches to now being to the left, you know it's a wheel problem. if it's still to the right, it ain't the wheels/tires.
I thought that problems like this could be due to a bad/separated belt in a tire? Have you talked to Larry, Moe, or Curly at the shop you got the tires/wheels from?
