Anyone know anything about or had experience with carmax sales in Buena Park?

I'm up here in cow town worshington but my son wants to buy a car from these guys.

I found them to be a pain. The test drive and dealing with salesman was fine, but as soon as I said that I wasn't financing with them, they became difficult. The short version of the story was they would give me a purchase order to take to my credit union, but wouldn't take the truck off the sales line. So, if I came back with a check from the credit union and the truck was available, I was in luck. But, if it was sold, I was screwed. They wouldn't even take a deposit to hold the vehicle.
