So I call up Velvet Touch wheel repair on Friday during working hours and leave them a message telling them that I have 5 wheels that I need refinished. So I get a call from their rep, Elaine, on Monday telling me that they can make arrangements to pick up the wheels around 1 or 2pm. Time comes and goes and after one call around 2pm, I'm called at 4pm and told that they can't make it out because all the techs are still on jobs. So I sat around my house all day for nothing. So I make arrangements with Elaine to meet with a tech at 7am on my way to work this morning. So I get there 10 minutes early and leave ten minutes after 7am. At 8:30, Elaine calls me and tells me that her tech said that I wasn't there. I told her that is a load of BS and that between getting screwed over on Monday and again today, I don't want to do business with them. She took NO RESPONSIBILITY for what happened. Anyhow, that's my rant. (Deep Breath) Anyone know any other companies in the SD area that are reliable and professional?
