Had a great experience with Pacific Audi today in Torrance. Had them fix some rattles, they offered to do the 10,000 mile service early for me because it has been over 6 months. Service advisor Albert is definetly deserving of a return visit.

so I guess the management (LA car guy.com) has a stronger commitment to customer service than many of the competitors.

there service has improved somewhat since they moved to the new place. However I still feel is is not totally up to par of what it should be. After selling my A4, and getting an M3, I have found BMW service to be far superior to Audis. Thats just my observation however.
