ok so i bring in my car to have my gas tank issue checked out, when i brought it in the service adviser did a walk around to make sure there are no dents etc, well when i go to pick it up theres a big dent on my bumper, i didnt see it til i got home though. I tried calling the service dept but they were closed. I went straight home after i picked up ther car so there was no way it happened on the way home. The service adviser did say that they took my car out to refuel it and check to see what was happening, I could only pump one or one and a half gallon of gas before it shuts off, so im figureing that is when they put the dent on the bumper.

Who here has gotten their car damaged by the dealer and got them to pay for damages. What did you have to do. I was at evowerks this weekend and i was 100 percent positive that there was no dents on it and have pics to prove it. Because i left the lot before i saw the damages will i be SOL?? And if they say we didnt do it what should i do next? Get a lawyer??

Rusnak Pasadena is horrible. I've taken my car in 3 times to address problems with the brakes. They finally agreed to resurface the rear rotors on my final visit. First time they said the awful noises were "normal" Then they said the vibration was just the ABS self testing itself. What a crock. Bottom line is that I don't think they've ever done anything on my car. Other than reset the service indicator. Interesting thing is that when Audi America called to check on my service, I went on a long rant. After which Rusnak called me promptly...

Can anyone recommend a place for good service on the Westside? Is Taub any good? Or Pacific? I've heard Keyes is good, but its a bit far. In case yoru wondering, I bought my Audi at Rusnak(the buying process was pleasant by the way) and wanted to continue giving them my business, but I live on the westside, so that's why I'm looking for recomendations here...

taub was the best place in town but the only technician that knows audi well is no longer there
