Looking for good and fun roads to drive in the area. I only know of highway 35 in the Woodside area but its a pain driving from Walnut Creek to Woodside. Good mix of straights, S curves and switchbacks.

of WC?? pretty fun. Morgan Territory can get a little tight/slow, but the 'highlands' part as you get closer to Livermore is pretty nice.

Moraga to Castro Valley, then out Palomares Road which takes you from Castro Valley to Sunol.

Then there is Reliez Valley which will take you from Martinez to Orinda, and then up Wildcat Canyon into Berkeley. Or, you can take Reliez to San Pablo.

I will second Morgan Territory. I used to drive it daily from Clayton to Livermore, but as stated below, it is ONE lane and can get hairy.

every time; too tight for 2nd but going too fast for easy shift to 1st.

last time I drove that road, I hung tight with an Acura TL S-type (the new one) and he mis-negotiated that turn so badly I thought I was going to pass him while staying in the proper lane. Let's just say it was a good thing there was no oncoming traffic for his sake... and that was with my stock set-up!

a friend and I would trade off driving and going "Ridge Running" up Redwood Road to the Lake Chabot campgrounds and back, he drove a Chevy Vega and I had a Ford Pinto wagon... good times.
