Its not going to be worth it for awhile. It is pouring rain up to 8-8500 feet. Not one of the resort web pages is fessing up to that fact. Alpine looked like the whole base is melting out. The only mountain getting snow bottom to top is Mt Rose.

Come up later in the season.

yeah the snow sucks right now, but it *WILL* get better. i *WILL* get to use the 10 pair of fat powders skis in my garage...

in any case, i gotta talk to the wife, but it looks like Thunderhill *WILL* be in my future in 3 weeks!!!

i went up to bear last saturday and it was pretty nice. some friends went up this past monday and said it royally sucked.
