I'm looking into some H&R coils and new shocks plus a set of H-sports. How hard is all of these things to install? I'm in the East Bay and I'm sure a shop would charge me an arm and a leg for this install, just tryin to save a little $$$.

But if you haven't done it before..or at least watched someone...you might be in for a long day..maybe long weekend. Installations aren't really hard..you just gotta have the right tools..and patience.
Another option...sounds like you may not be familiar with SFG Performance in Fremont. SFG is Mark Franklin, Eugene Gomez, and I. We are Audi enthusiasts that do suspension installs for upgrades and bringing cars back to stock, big brake kit installs, sway bars installs, cat back exhaust installs, and have even done a front mount intercooler install and a full timing belt service including thermostat and water pump replacement. We specialize in suspension installs though. Let me know if you want a quote for your car. We are less expensive than the shops..and own and operate Audis ourselves.
We have air compressors to power our tools, several jacks and jack stands, and years of experience working with Audis.
Let us know. Thanks.
Oh yeah, if you want to come by and watch us do someone elses install, just to get a taste for what is needed, you are welcome to do so. We will probably be doing a suspension install on August 21st.

I second that. Just put on H&R Coilovers a few weeks ago, and I almost lost my girlfriend over it. The job should have been about 4 hours (two man job) with the right tools. Instead, it took 9.
