So my replacement car came from them... IT was a demonstrator and had about 1700 miles, but I got a good discount on it..

Low and behold the WHOLE RIGHT side of the car had been repainted.. a Really bad job to boot... and they DID NOT disclose this to me or the Dealer that traded for it...

What should I do?

Either make them repaint it to your satisfaction...or get yet another car.

I just know that a friend drove the Imola S4 at Stevens Creek 2-3 weeks ago (or so) and reported that the salesman encouraged him to drive the car hard and in a way that led my friend to believe that he was not the first person who had been encouraged to drive that car hard.

I had the same problem when I purchase my new E320
the rear drive side passenger door was respray and
there was no history or report. To make a long story
short, I threaten to park my car in front of the
dealership with a sign that read " Some Dealership
likes to sell defective or damage vehicle as new "
They respray to my satisfaction and cut me a check
for $9500. Good luck

Nogaro bought from Royal Motors in SF, Serviced there for transmission, Then serviced at Audi Oakland.

Infact they have bent over backwards to ensure that I was always happy with the service I obtained. True, the sales department was always schiesty, but then that's sales no matter where you go. Their service department is superior, top-notch infact; very good at communicating with the customer.

I suggest talking to Kevin McKenna in the Service Dept. He's a great guy and will make sure to help you out no matter the issue. I purchased my A4 from Niello's lot in 2001 and always got excellent service from them. In March of this year I picked up the S from Negherbon (Audi of Oakland) and Niello still gives me service as if I bought my car from them.

Again, I am sorry for your misfortune and hope that Niello pulls through for you. Keep us posted on the turn of events. Good Luck.
