I bought new finger plates for the doors (front) in black and need to replace my worn ones (tan). Looks like the plates are held in place by 2 screws which attach to the metal somewhere inside. The plate that goes under the switches --looks like a simple pry up, type of deal.

It looks like I will need to take the trim off both doors to get to the screws. Can somebody give me directions. I know of obvious 3 screws that need to be taken out -- is there more? What else is holding the trim (metal clips/plastic clips?) Does anything break if you remove the trim? Do I need t buy clips?

Any help would be appreciated.
