did he have to replace any materials? or just polish out scratches?

I'd like to take it to Wheel Techniques, but after reading that they weren't so great with non-painted finishes, plus customer service, and distance (though that's minor).....

It's a relatively minor bend, a much less degree than the bend in your pic poster

chunk on the lip repaired. Just straightened the rim and polished out the scratches. It wasn't curb rash but it was on the outer lip. The damn San Francisco streets got me a couple times. Since I put my SO3's on I haven't had any problems.
