*Weather permitting*

Meeting in Raley's parking lot in El Dorado Hills at 10:30 (30 miles east of downtown Sac on Hwy 50). Leaving at 10:45. (Maps to follow)

Drive to AppleHill on backroads. Stop in at the High Hill Ranch/Fudge Factory/Winery for about 1.5 hrs. Continue drive back down the mountains to a BBQ. ***(this is what is undecided. I have two locations I am choosing from. They will dramatically change the length of the drive.)***

We shall stay, feast and chill for a few hours until it is time to head to the Drags in Sac.

If you wish to attend, please email me the guest numbers, so that we can have enough food, and fill any special requests.

Kids and Dogs are welcome!!! If you know of others that are interested, but do not have Audis, they are welcome also.

I am hopefully going to have a few items to raffle off, if you have anything you would like to donate to the Club to raffle or just dish out, please email me! Thanks!

More info will be available on the Club site this weekend.

2 10's, 2 amps, 2 changers (Kenwood 10-disc & PhatNoise) . . .and for the record, MoB weighs a whopping 230lbs. All of you who know me are now saying WTF??? He can't weigh that much!?!?!? ;-)

Been a while since I've been to a Dead event. I think this years Bridge will take on a unique flavor as a result!

BTW, I might have one extra ticket for Sunday if anyone is interested! This is a seat in sec 203 Row R.

I won't be at the drive, another pt. on my license and it'll be suspended... :( So a crazy drive would not be the smartest move.

I'll be at the raceway though trying to pull some 13.7's outta this stock chip and help out any new guys who have never drag raced before.

I'm wondering if anyone could bring me out a couple gallons of 100 octane?? Anyone planning to do anything like that? Let me know... thanks

It's me!!!! Although I called today and the ticket hasn't been turned in yet, no record. It's been 21 days since the citation. But better to be safe than sorry...

Y'all have fun on the drive. I'll be at the drags. I dunno if anyone needs to drop off stuff at my place in Davis, but they're welcome to if they want to.

13.99 and faster need SA95 approved helmets. You might get away with any helmet, but I won't guarantee that. Long pants are a must, no shorts allowed and shirts must be sleeved, no wife-beaters!
It will probably get cold, bring a jacket and drinks as it can get a bit tedious waiting for your runs and the concessions stand there charges $4 million for an ice cube with a drop of coke on it.
It is the last grudge night of the year so expect there to be lots of people. I'm going to be there early to get teched and lined up to race. I'll arrive there probably b/w 4:30-5pm at the latest, earlier if I have nothing to do. I doubt that everyone will get as many runs as they usually do with the amount of people attending. I know my other car club is going to be there, as well as a small contingent of very fast vipers and supras. Should be some deep 10 second runners there and maybe even see some 9's. So bring your video cameras and cameras to capture these crazy cars. I'm expecting about 5 runs that night, but I figure those who will follow MoB through the lane weaving might get 7. :)

I'm available for those needing help drag racing the first time. Come and find me and I can explain the tree and how everything generally works. Couple AWers know what I look like and I'm sure they can explain to you what to do also.

Finally, anyone who would like me to drive their cars I would love to! I drove LosGatosS4's beast last time and that was extremely fun. :) Don't mean to brag or anything but I can launch pretty decently and can net OK times. And people are welcome to ride with me especially in the first run or two for any tips on launching. I don't plan on breaking 13's on the first 2 runs so I can give rides...
