Hey folks,

My warranty on my 99 A4 2.8 expired a few months ago. I've been taking it to Prestige Imports in Santa Rosa. My water pump just failed, so they're replacing it, but they mentioned something about a "tie wrap on the clutch fan" and wondered if I had ever been in an accident and had it serviced by someone else.

I haven't. The only place its been has been Prestige. This is very suscipious, and I really don't feel like bringing my car into them again.

Does anyone know of any places in Santa Rosa that do Audi work?

I believe Rick Rowe and his team at North Bay Bavarian can service Audis's. Been going there 10 years and they are very honest and detailed.
