My team came in 66th place in the All Male Division.

Not too bad for our first time out. I hope to improve on this time in October. I'm signed up for the L.A. event. This time, it's at night...

Click on Male under #5 Sacramento. We are 66th place.

You can honestly train for this in 1-2 months. If you set a schedule to run/bike/gym at least 4 times a week, you can be ready in no time. The race consists of
1. 6-8 mile run
2. 10-12 mile mountain bike
3. 1.5-2 mile kayak

Plus, the special tests they throw in throughout the race. Check out the website, it's badass.

By the way, the SAC race will be televised on 9/11 on the Outdoor Life Network (OLN)

Hi-Tec Adventure Racing Series.
