I just made an appt at Anderson Behl for my check engine light, and when I asked for a loaner they said they no longer have them because AoA does not reimburse for them? Nice.

They offered me a loner today for nonwarranty work.(but it was my 4th time in for the same problem.) They didn't solve it today either. misdianoised 4 times.

Having them on site is a lot easier and faster than going up the street to the Enterprise office. If they are still there then they still have loaners, though my last time they stuck me in an Escort. At least it ran!

Sad, really.
