hi from san fran...

bought A4 (poor man's audi: 1.8t, no quattro, stock wheels, stock stereo, stock your mama) through a broker (they got it from negherbon, who i hear suck a$$ bad) so i have no dealer experience to gauge off of.

i brought my vw to royal motors once (jetta, for a o2 sensor recall) and was impressed at how nice they were... but usually that means wolf in sheeps clothing.

anybody have input?

I live in SF and work in SJ. Since I work in San Jose Stevens Creek is more conveinient, so I go there now. I had some issues with Stevens Creek in the past so I switched to Royal Motors for a while until Stevens Creek got their system worked out. The only complaint I have about Royal Motors is that they don't wash your car. I have the exact same options on my car BTW. Nothing.

Was just there about a month ago... easy peezy in and out. It was down to like 5 days to get an appointment. No complaints about the work (I brought my own oil).

Popped into Negherbon once during lunch just to ask them about a possible coolant leak, they seemed friendly enough.

Bought my car from Diablo, so been there a few times for minor things, friendly enough. Not sure about the work. Screwed one piece of woodtrim up, but ordered me a new one. Creaks isn't really sorted out, but then again, it's pretty hard to find, tried myself.
