Has anyone had this problem? What did you do about it? It's driving me crazy, don't they test for these things when they develop the car?

Don't force it in otherwise you will alter the pattern. Move the nozzle and test.

I have the same problem. The dealer said it is "to spec" and is therefore correctly adjusted. I agree, it is driving me crazy too as the wiper can never clean on the upstroke so the top half of the screen is never cleaned.

The jets swivel up and down over a TINY range of motion. Barely perceptible changes wiil make a big difference. It's better now but I still "time" the strokes to get optimum placement.

Wear old clothes when you do this, and expect it to take a few minutes of trial and error.
