I just bought a 1999 1/2 A4 1.8T. What's the best chip/exhaust (not too loud) out there? I'm looking at approximately 180-190 hp. Also, I'm looking to upgrade the wheels and tires. Anything out there that's similiar to the S4 rims?

Getting my S4 in the next two weeks. I am looking to get some light wheels to put on it. I can sell you my wheels (17's)if you are seriously interested.
