I purchased my car from the 2 years ago. I did not have any problems with the service. BTW, my car has catback exhaust, chip-tuning, clear corners, aftermarket suspension,17" wheels and etc. I did not experience any problems with my modifications, they even did my yearly control for the DMW (I am sorry I forgot the name of the control.) Everyone is nice. I can tell you that I am happy.

I actually almost bought my car there but was moving to boston and decided to wait till then, and from that experience the sales department was great..

simply because they had a car with the color and options that I wanted. Sales experience was OK and fast. I am trying to decide whether to take it there for service.

Parallel parking a new A4 in Boston is scary. :)
