Test drove a an Audi TT a few hours ago!!! They only had the FWD 1.8T (180 hp) version available. I was very keen on testing the 225 hp Quattro, but it will not be available before next spring here in Europe. (The Quattro 225 hp version also has one exhaust pipe on each side of the rear bumper. Cool!)<p>I have a 200 hp A4 Avant myself (chipped etc.) so a direct comparison was obvious. I borrowed the TT for approx 2 hours, and did not have the chance to really take the TT to its limits. From what I found from this short test, my 200 hp chipped A4 is more brutal in its accelleration. <p>The look and feel inside the "cockpit" is the most spellbinding I have ever seen. The controls are machined aluminium with the feel you will only find on exotic stereo gear. Leather is standard.<p>Finally, this IS THE ULTIMATE head turner and "babe magnet". The girl at my work that never even says hallo to me, was the first one to ask for a ride. (grin). At a gas station so many cars jammed my exit that I had to use the horn to make them move. <p>That is all folks. Must dash. Have to put my name on a sales contract. The contract has four intersecting rings at the top of the page, and the car type is one of the easiest to spell. (No, Mr ///M3, it is not a BMW ;)<p> <p>
