my wifes Jetta shifts like crap below 20 degrees until it warms up.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm wondering if it will help smooth out the notchy 2nd gear engagement in my car...

Curry's (the local german car shop) highly recommends switching to BG.

miles of break-in time. It gets very cold up here in Maine so I prefer the superior cold-weather performance gained from using synthetic. It's cooler running in the Summer as well.

I know they replaced my synthetic fluid with a mineral based fluid to resolve the problems I was having with my tranny.
