Hey all,
that Cartest simulator package with all of the audi dyno data is here. Includes:
A4 1.8T manual stock
A4 1.8T manual quattro stock
A4 1.8T manual WETT
A4 1.8T manual quattro WETT
A4 2.8 manual stock
A4 2.8 manual quattro stock
A4 2.8 manual supercharged FWD
A4 2.8 manual supercharged quattro
all of the new audi entries that I entered come directly from dyno curves and are hp at the wheels. all weights add in a 200 lb passenger as well.
There's a few other entries I made, a couple of M3's, a few modified RX-7's and MR2's blah blah
all cars that come from real dyno curves have (dyno) marked in their titles. Beware, some of the original cars created in this package are way off, like the original M3 times are like 14.6+ in the 1/4 mile, way too slow! Be sure to use the dyno ones when you can, they're pretty accurate.
You're welcome!
Brad
P.S. - mucho credit goes to the guy who designed this thing..this is where I got it from:
http://home.earthlink.net/~patglenn/

Cartest program (zipped up)

The author would like $20 for the software if you use it, which is a very fair price.
I think you should just give the link to the author's page and not offer it for free yourself.
Anyone that can afford an A4 should not complain about this price.
My concern was that users might just take the zip file that you included and never go to the author's page, where they would see the message about paying for the software.
If you give the author's webpage address instead of the link to the zip file, then this problem goes away.
That was all. Not picking on you, just trying to ensure that the author's page gets seen.
Drew S.
