You have more torque down low now. It just comes on more smoothly with less of a initial crest in the curve. It is really easy to test this: 1. take off the exhaust at the slip joint, how does it feel (with the windows up) ? 2. put a big wad of foil in one of your exhaust outlets.
I hear this a lot from new chippers, about how they "lost bottom end". Just look at anybodys dyno sheets: More power right off the line!!! Didn't lose anything, the onset of the power curve and the delta are different, that's all.
