but St. Armands Circle, which you drive through to get to Lido, is much better than Siesta Village. So if you're going to hit up a restaurant afterward and maybe do some shopping, etc., Lido may be the better choice as you'll be driving through St. Armands to get to and fro.

If you are *just* doing the beach thing, I'd go to Siesta, hands down.
