I hate to throw all of these out in the trash considering how bad batteries are for the environment....

I know Best Buy accepts rechargeable batteries, but I don't think they take regular dead batteries.

They have an organized drop off area.
I take stuff there all the time.

They take Antifreeze too if it's labled.
