By that I mean it's the first one I've seen out on the open road as opposed to Classic lot or Winter Park concours. Was coming home from work on the 408 and spotted it up ahead of me. Almost thought it was a Touareg at first until I got closer and could see the 4-rings. Dark blue or black (it was twilight) 3.6 with open sky cruising about 70. I was in the Touareg and hung with him 'till we both exited at Mills Ave. By the way he was driving the guy seemed to have no clue what a capable machine he had. Anyway just seeing it in that setting converted me. I want one now!

Actually I've seen more Q7's than Touareg's recently too.

and I am constantly impressed with it's road manners and comfort even with just the 3.2L V6. Not sure if it's a cost factor or what but when I was looking at Q7s on the lot at Classic prior to the rally I think there was 1 maybe 2 4.2s out of the 10 or so they had.

Seeing that one on the highway the other day though it just looked so sleek and sporty. Wish I had the fundage to step up.

Waiting for the V12 TDI...may be waiting a long time. I guess it's not so bad. :-)
