after going in circles trying to find our whose software is on the vehicle, I am still nowhere. Local APR guys do not have the current dongle and have basically said they are not doing APR any longer...quick call to APR gets them fired up on the subject about the local dealer acting this way, and basically enough is enough....

So, to my point...can I flash REVO over my current software (suspected to be APR due to the lockouts the dealer was getting)?

Ultimately I have decided that I want REVO tuning on the car, I now need your help in getting it on there and writing over the (suspected) APR software that is locking the dealer out.

But there are no guarantees. You can bring it to our dealer in Orlando, Carriage trade and have them give it a try. Send me an E-mail before you head over there so I can give them a heads up about the situation.

If anything else at least the customer service will be 100 times better than what you get from APR. APR will just tell you that they will call you back, but guess what, no one will call you back or follow up. George will personally make sure his dealer will follow up and usually he will follow up himself.

back when they first started doing software in the US and when George was with Forge. Was extremely satisfied with them then and continue to be.

APR (at least it seems to be APR) was on the A3 when we purchased it and now it is becoming a huge pain to get it off as their local dealers are a joke adn want nothing to do with it...APR as an entity has been fine wot work with, but I need someone local to get the stuff off, or figure out how REVO can burn over their program.
