There are 30 cars at my neighbor's house. And I'd guess about 100 people. The cops have already been out once, but apparently there is no ordinance against noise after 10PM in Orange County (or all the idiots leaving drunk). This is the 4th huge party they've had in a month.

The HOA says nothing can be done, the sherrif's office says nothing can be done, so I'm just gonna have to relocate- preferably as far away from UCF as possible. It sucks to live in a nice neighborhood and have the only college dorm rental right across the street.

I think when I get up around 8 I'll go wake them and see if they would like to join me for a jog ;-) Should I just knock on the door or use one of those hand held air horns?

And people should be forced to park at least one of their cars in the garage. And my famous request; no homeowners that are single mothers. Sounds mean, but the only houses in my development that need work are all occupied by single moms.

There was a "white trash" party at one of the off campus frat houses tonight. And no, I wasn't there. :)

we can actually enforce the codes that are in place. This house has been reported for zoning violations (single family residence) multiple times and the county just doesnt care.

probably underage drinkers there and the frat and the owner of the house can be charged with that. I'd say let the national level of the frat know that the frat house is causing problems and at the same time threaten to sue the owner of the house for degrading property values in your hood.
