I believe you have been to my place... I paid $40k less than J-dog here, and sold for $140k more than what I paid. Dollar per SF was not the same, but $375k for a place like this in College Park is the norm.

cart later in the day and knocked almost 4 seconds off his best time from the enduro. So the carts were obviously not even close to equal. And I still had a blast no matter how many times I was lapped.

I've seen new crappy homes with shotty cardboard construction sell for $250K (2000 sq ft!) in Orlando. Nothing surprises me anymore, people everywhere in Orlando are paying $200K for apartments-turned-condos....now that is scary.

I wanna get out of mine as soon as the 2 year tax thingy is over. The only one over by you that I called about was over $700k!!!! (granted it was a small castle on the lake).
