I paid $40k less than J-dog here, and sold for $140k more than what I paid. Dollar per SF was not the same, but $375k for a place like this in College Park is the norm. Scary, yes. Nimrod (Jody) 10-27-2005, 04:14 AM cart later in the day and knocked almost 4 seconds off his best time from the enduro. So the carts were obviously not even close to equal. And I still had a blast no matter how many times I was lapped. jc 10-27-2005, 05:50 AM Longwolf (Christian) 10-27-2005, 06:23 AM but when the average time on market in orlando is under a week, I guess that it is not all that important anymore... Jon-1.8t 10-27-2005, 06:25 AM Longwolf (Christian) 10-27-2005, 06:38 AM I've seen new crappy homes with shotty cardboard construction sell for $250K (2000 sq ft!) in Orlando. Nothing surprises me anymore, people everywhere in Orlando are paying $200K for apartments-turned-condos....now that is scary.
