Is there a decent shop anywhere in the tampa/st pete area? or does anyone have first hand experience installing a KO4? i will pay/food etc.

These guys do great work, and love showing it to you (ie, they bring you in the bay and show you what is going on rather than having a sales rep give you a receipt). It also helps that they sponsor a race team and are into tuning vehicles.

I have MTM Stage II on my B5

I love mine. I am actually having second thoughts about installing the KO4. Im low on cash, and i dont want to have the turbo lying around forever. plus i havent found anyone to help install it, or a decent shop.

Unfortunately I have a baby on the way, so my car is basically done for now.

My soon to be new baby is more important than my car...there, that sounded better ;)
