There is a dude on ebay, germanstuff4you who sells them slightly cheaper (about $100) but they ship from germany, so it hits FedEx custom, you have to fill out a form and fax it to them, then they deliver them. Bekkers imports it to their local warehouse, and almost always has them in stock. I also got brand new fogs from them since mine were pitted badly.

As for the AA intake, I think it really changes the look of the car. You can buy the Nowack euro ducts by themselves if you just want to get the look, but you have to drill the holes yourself and mount them. FOr $350 you can buy just the AA grill, which is the entire grill and the ducts all prefit.

Performance wise, I didn't do back-to-back drives, so I can't comment much, but on M5 board, most guys felt it in the seat of the pants dyno. AA is starting to push their M5 software now (in prep for their dual rotex S/C). They have some dynos on their site of the software+CAI and software+CAI+exhaust bits, and they are pretty impressive. AA is known to be truthful with their numbers as well.
