The house I'm renting has a bit of a pest problem. the landlord said that they would suppliment the cost for the annual service. now i just have to find someone...

How much do you guys think it will cost for a 2300 sqft house for complete pest control (ants, roaches, spiders, and wasps)?

After going through 3 services, I gave up, went to the "Do It Yourself Pest Control" place in Oviedo, spent $50 for some traps, sprays, etc, and have not have a problem since.

Terminex was the biggest rip off. I kept having ants in my kitchen, and they came out 4 times to spray in a 2 month period (2 times with a person who could NOT speak a word of English, and still the ants wouldn't go away. Turns out the type of ants I have are not effected by spray, and you can only kill with bait/traps. I fired Terminex, went to D.I.Y.S.P.C., and got some traps....the ants were gone in a week.

Interior/perimeter spraying is $50 every 2 months now I believe. They will also come out real early or after 5pm.

I don't have any bugs in my house, but the previous owners also used these people.

I also have them do the yard every quarter for $70. Covers weeds control, fertilizing, and insect, but it's honestly not as good as ChemLawn for the actual weed control. I don't think ChemLawn really did insect ocntrol though. They always called me for separate sprayings for that.
