way to get at least some of these removed?

I have no idea as to how they got there....I know it was certainly not me using an abrasive material to wipe the dust out......

clear plastic polish followed by a brilliant shine type of product available from meguiars. there are two parts and two products that should be used in sequence which ought to get those little scratches out. i got mine through tap plastics in the sunnyvale, ca area. they even sell more heavy duty kits to get deeper scratches out.

There is but I don't know if this is any help.
We used a type of polish/wax on jet canopies in the service. I'm sure you can find it elsewhere.You use it just like your waxing/compunding paint.
