Its a culture shift, but really - look at how many people end up using RightFax or another fax server (via print function on their PC) to fax to another person that ends up coming into their Email box via a similar system.

And 4045 series copiers that can also fax. Very beefy units, seem to be good.

They're made by Ricoh actually.

Kyocera and canon. we just need a simple fax machine, mainly for outbound of hardcopies.

Rest of us use scan to email to get stuff where it needs to go. Both our Toshiba EStudio and Imagistics do a great job. Image quality is so much better than a FAX. Old school folks are hard to change. I suggest a 9 iron to the head.
