We just got out power back on about an hour ago (6:30ish). Nothing major to the house, just part of our "fence" is missing.

His pool enclosure was not so lucky! Shoot the Jetta almost didnt make it. the next door neighbor's tree fell onto the back of the jetta. 5 more degrees that direction and he would have a new car...

Very crazy. I drove to my cleaners in Casselberry lastnight immediately after the bad stuff. I almost hit five trees blocking the road. It was pitch black and there were only a few cars out, most of which were law enforcement. I drove down Mitchell hammock on the wrong side of the road from lockwood to 434 because of falling trees. My store was fine (thank Gawd) I was very worried about my store.
I drove to daytona this morning and my coin laundry was fine too. Most of A1A was trashed! Crushed cars, store fronts missing, **** in the road, etc.....
I was very very lucky!

Amazingly no power loss at all. My house came out fine. Only screen rips in my pool enclosure. All of my trees are still standing. Did take over 40 bags of leaves, branches, etc. to clean my yard. But homes all around me are a different story. Roofs are striped, trees down everywhere. Some fell on cars, some on houses, some in the street.
What really was pissing me off yesterday while cleaning my place and helping my neighbors, we had quite a few people who don't live around here driving through taking pictures and pointing out damage to kids in the car! What a**holes! If you have nothing better to do than act like a tourist, then get your butt out of the car and help clean up!
Sorry, but just had to vent.

everything surrounding it got hit hard, but there are only a very few trees that went down here. Power barely went off in Baldwin Park from what I can gather.
