ok...here's the deal. I talked with my organizer today about the lapping day. The FINAL date for this is November 20th (Saturday). The plan is still to be at the track at 8:30am...then drive from 9:00 'till sometime late afternoon. Last year each of us got around 4 stints of 10 laps before lunch, and another 3 stints after lunch. With each lap being around 40seconds for the "average" person, you get plenty of tracktime and will want a nap at the end in the worst way. With my current list of 11 people the cost is looking like $140. Keep in mind, this will vary with however the list changes as Nick needs $1500 for the 3 karts he's renting out to the group.

We did 3 12 minute races (20 min rest between each), and that was quite exhausting. We were at Chicago Indoor Racing, and it was amazing how those little carts handled and accelerated.

Cost for those 3 races was $70, and it was worth it.

Those carts only went like 40.
