Customer service is by far the best I've experienced, and their coverage has been satisfactory. I travel all the time and I have never been without coverage. The only place I drop calls is at my house in Winter Springs. All cell phones have trouble there because there are no towers allowed. Their rates are also VERY reasonable especially considering you can call anyone that has Verizon as much as you want for free. To me, this is much better than Nextel's annoying push to talk (push...wait...talk...wait....push....wait..talk)

The tech slaves dont like their phones, but I dont really need blue tooth or a camera. My Audiovox 8600 has a speaker phone,color screen, good battery life and fits in my pocket. It cost a grand total of $60.
