It uses the Hunter GSP9700 Vibration Control System balancing unit which runs the drum across the tire and the inner/outer lips of the rims and tells the technician how to mount the tire on the rim for perfect balance. It also comes with low profile stick-on weights so that's what they should be using on the rim as well.
