Someone was caught taking a pic of a test, and sending it to their frat, who many of them had the same test the next day.

They don't have the logistics to check everyone as they come into class and phones just fit in pockets. Probably going to be some kind of disciplinary action if caught using one in class. Maybe expell the first group of people and try and set an example. Schools like to do that.

Campuses are a hell of a lot different then a work place in regards to policing technology.
