I'm about to buy my new 2000 A4 2.8 next week. I've read there will be a new A4 that is taking styling cues from the TT and A6 shipping by mid-2000 as a 2001 model. Can anyone comment on if this seems to be fact. If this seems to be the case I'll probably wait for it. Comments, feedback??

I doubt it... Maybe as a 2001 model in Europe, but I think 2002 is more likely.

Article also said that 'A four-wheel drive A6 Avant will also appear in North America as a 2001
model.' That's been offerred already for some time.

.....for the last 2 or 3 years. I'm sure we will be seing a new model this side of the big blue wobbly thing known as the ocean but I doubt this article has any inside revelations. I'd take it all with a grain of salt.
