my friend bought my car and moved to florida... and isnt very mechanica. I wanted to try and find someone from audiworld that could possibly look at it and try and fix it... think its an altinator... he'd pay you but he would rather have an audi enthusiast fix it than some shady mechanic down there... anyways email me please if you think you can help at caddidle@hotmail.com

email Shane (he goes by Mexican Audi on this forum). He knows of 2 people that might be able to work on that Audi for your friend. One is a VW tech who does some Audi work out of his garage on the weekends (he knows Audis!) and the other is a shop in Daytona that sells and repairs older Audis & VWs. Both are good friends with Shane, so he can tell you how to get in touch with them.

I think I might know of one of the guys Christian is talking about. If it is Todd definitely give him a call. He is in New Smyrna beach. He has been doing Audi/VW for a long time. I have personally known him for the last 6 years and would not hesitate a second to let him work on any of my cars. I have bought cars from him and hed him do repair/maintenance. He is top notch.
