I just loaded XP Pro on my New laptop which came with XP Home. However, I have the forum as my homepage and when i open IE it displays a runtime error

Anyone able to tell me why?

What are runtime errors cause from? Core Windows files?

Run-time errors are errors that occur when a program is running hence the name. As opposed to errors occurring during the program design stage(design-time errors).
